Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
ISO strongly recommends inspection of the equipment every 3,4 or 6 months and taking PREVENTIVE ACTIONS.
We prepare a list of maintenance services,
duration of the service and maintenance schedule for each customer’s machine, piece of equipment or automatic production line following
the instructions of the machine manufacturer, customer’s specific requirements for maintenance and
our experience.
We have worked out basic preventive maintenance programs for different kind of CNC Machine Tools which can be customized for ISO registered or not-registered companies.
Our professional technicians implement maintenance services in schedule with minimum machine downtime and production interruption.
The customer receives maintenance service report in accordance with ISO requirements
for preventive maintenance and written recommendations for proper operating and servicing of the equipment.
If there is a major machine problem which could not be solved at the time of the maintenance service we provide
the customer with estimate for all necessary repairs, set-ups and parts.
